Are the z-coins the same as the coins they're wanting you to use on weapons and stuff? It only let's me pick them up one at a time, and it says zero when I try to barter with someone, no matter how many I've got.

It's not with z-coins, every item you pick up can be picked one by one only, it's because of the inventory hack. I'll try to make a better version in the future to allow multiple pickups at the same time.
