Angels, the things that are considered beautiful and holy. Jessica is plagued with constant nightmares about angels and trials she faces each ending with a fate she faces that isn't her own. Her nightmares have driven her family away leaving Jessica alone and without love, however when her nightmares take a turn so does her life. Jessica is a strong-willed female main character who faces constant struggles between the nightmares and the constant fear of angels. Jessica, however, meets two men who turn her life upside when her nightmares start taking a turn and she happens to fall in love. The love leads Jessica to a place in life she never thought she would get to, finds happiness but will this love lead to even more troubles or will her love be the thing that is able to save her in the end. Branded takes the traditional thought of angels as creatures of beauty and holiness and transforms them into something new and intriguing. Branded still captures your attention with every turn of the page by drawing each sentence out with beautiful intent and twists. Be prepared for a wild ride, a new take on angels, and a sweet story of love.
