Cybird and Voltage games have voice acting though not on all scenes but majority has..

For not so known games, Mr Love: Dream date also have one.. Actually, most stand-alone otome games (not part of a library or something ) on Android has voice acting..

And yup, there are a lot of otome games on PC that has voice acting especially those that was made under Otomate brand.. This also applies on their games for other consoles..
