Can't use apps?

What do I do about this?? I download the mod and this shows up

Sometimes if you run a game without the obb in place , it does not work if you place the obb file in . So completely uninstall the game then
Extract the obb then copy and paste the folder in Android/obb folder and reinstall the apk and run it
