Download both APK and GAME CACHE files. To install the APK file just tap on it after making sure to uninstall your game first (if already installed). Then extract the GAME CACHE archive to sdcard/android/obb/ and you're ready to play. Video Tutorial: click here to watch

Fingers crossed I got it right this time!
Tested. Will not open get a black screen even after using Rar and and z archiver to do the obb install. All i get is a black screen. Tested on 2 different device amazon fire and samsung Tab A both got same result. There is a update on this game at google pay version 1.1.4
