New problem again need help good sir
I was updating my pc from win8 to win10 but the problem is it is not even progressing I've waited it for 2days now the only progressed I've seen so far is 89% after that nothing anymore it's just stopped right there so I was asking for the help.

I want to know why this is happening?
What is the reason behind this?
Did I do something to it did I need to turn my router on for it to install the update?

By the way sir this is my system specs;
I was using this.

Intel i5-8305G 3.80
Intel HD Graphics 630
Radeon Pro WX Vega M GL Graphics 1gb
4gb of RAM
Windows 8

I mean I already downloaded the program update but when I'm installing it won't progressed it was just stopped right there 89% what should I do?

1. There have been several issues reported of the updates getting stuck at different stages. Once it's stuck, your best best is to just do the upgrade from the ISO, which you can get at the following link. It will give you the same upgrade as the updates.

   I just paid a tech guy for 300php and it was worth it was fixed he tell me the reason behind that issue and it was my third party installed antiVirus I have two antiVirus installed on my PC Norton & Avira damn if I was knew that well at least it was fixed thanks for the help anyway.
