Then extract the GAME CACHE archive to sdcard/android/obb/ and you're ready to play. Just updated Game Cache file, try redownloading the updated cache file.

Theres no folder to put the OBB in so once you open the game a folder will pop up for the game in Internal>Android>OBB, it's empty. Take the obb file and put it in the com.ftxgames.cmdd folder. Then you can play the game no problem.

I forwarded question over to @Sbenny, it may be compatibility. He will test it on different platforms. I don't have issues on my Android 7.1 ZTE phone.
