Loco Roco 1 and 2 on psp just download ppsspp gold from this website and you can play it using the psp emulator.

Personally, I like Merge Dragons, and there is a mod here for it too which is nice.

I suggest you to Code Combat, World of Goo and Amazing Alex, my nephews are also playing these games, they are educational and paid games, I bought them especially for my nephews from Reecoupons, I hope your niece will also enjoy these games to.

Have you tried Candy crush and it's sequel soda saga if not you should.

Another one is a tower defense one came back from 2009 a game called plants vs zombies.

And another one search for the game called
Kirby there are lots of em in the consoles.

And another this just came out stardew valley on Android also Starbound and terraria both available for Android and iOS.
