So tired.... been loooking after my mummy since she fell last thursday
but she forced me back to the residental home for the week.lol I'm a nervous wreck, but she gotta get her indypendence back...

Its basically a fracture in the pelvic area in the lower region that we use to sit down . Very painful and occurs in older people mostly . Some of these dont require surgery, with adequate rest the person can be fully healed within 3 days

Lol . Most like to always keep busy ,it is a good thing .. Perhaps a walker will help your mom get better sooner as it relieves some pressure when she tries to move around and provides a bit of support too

I imagine a cushion to sit on or lie down would be helpful if it's a lot of pain in that area for a short period of time just an idea
