Do you have SB Patcher installed?

I guess i dont have that.installed and i tried installing it but i keep getting error " App Not Installed "

Uninstall both the game and SB Patcher and start over. Make sure you have SB Patcher running and working first, then install the modded game. SB Patcher will run in the background and you'll know it's working when you see the price of Runes less than 1. Good luck!
