don't waste your points on this, the link/program file doesn't even exist anymore.

I've replaced the link, @Alexine Roth , @homosebual , and @princejuju7 , here are the new details.
It also contains the two DLC's that were released.
Also, you don't need a setup file, just use either WinRAR or 7-zip to extract and run.
I checked it on my PC and it works fine, if you face any problems, feel free to share them here
