Having an issue and I'm hoping someone can help me out with it.

I am playing the Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery game.
I have started over 3 times already for different reasons so that's not an option I'll give it up first.

I was playing on my phone and I had a call and the fame crashed when I returned to the game my view on game was an empty field and the clock that was timing my quest was still going.
I uninstalled the game and it still didn't work.
I downloaded it on another device and it's still the same so it's my account.

Advice? It still has 6 hours left on the quest should it allow me to redo it and will it be fixed?

Any suggestions other than starting over??

My idea is that while the game was saving, it crashed for some reasons, resulting in a broken save game which is probably the reason you cannot play anymore.

I'm not sure if asking help to developers is a nice thing because you were using a mod apk and if they find out you'll end up being permanently banned.
