Help me root my Sony Xperia Z 5 Premium

My phone version is Marshmallow 6.0.1
Need like a guide for this, also kernel (the correct one-E6853) , recovery taw files and which root tool to use.

After i unlock the bootloader, should i just use that up, cause i have seen people saying that apps like KingRoot or OneRoot are unable to root. They all mention root tools like Magic or SuperSU, right?
