Name of the movie you are reviewing: Heroin(e)

The story revolves around women who try their best to keep up and fix the problem in their state (West Virginia).

Review:
The whole documentary revolves around the lives of the two women who are named Jan Rader, the Deputy Chief of Huntington Fire Department, and Judge Patricia Keller who is the judge and a part of the Huntington's drug state program. According to the Documentary, Heroin(e), Huntington City in West Virginia is said to be the 'Drug State Capital of America." And its overdose death rate is 10 times the national average.
It (the overdose deaths) is so common that nobody is surprised anymore. They are not surprised, but still, it should not be a common occurrence.
While Jan Rader rides around the whole city and even go to the outside of the border of the city to respond, Patricia Keller is in the courthouse and talk to "them" about what to do and what will be their "punishments" will be. Some of the said punishments for "them" can be "nth hours of jail", "community service" and so on.
What is it with the documentary? The said documentary will be about drugs (as stated), and the people who try their best to prevent and lessen the occurring deaths and so on.
Is the documentary boring?- We all know documentaries are either not boring or boring. This is one of the latter. Well, the reason why there are a lot of documentaries is that there are no bg sounds, no laughter, and no plot. Only life and people who are living. Anyway, the documentary si quite boring but this is quite an eye-opener and it makes you think about life in general.

Would you recommend this to other users? If the viewers like random documentaries that are just about life in general then this is perfect for them.
