If I were you I would use RAR or ZArchiver 
But remember compression ratio depends on file type ... So maybe you not get what you want. Like almost all MP4 format are already compressed and if you compressed them again you might not get compression ratio more than 96%. And if you compress more than one files at a time , you can use "solid archive" option on rar it will compressed way more but requires more ram and time when decompressing. Hope it helps
