I tried it with watchpoints & breakpoints for DAYS.

What make you determined that was what you looking for?

it is written in that string only. have a look at the string info.plus strings are mostly hit and trial for begginers who are getting into it.once you have enough experince you can confirm this string is usless and this is not.plus it says intermediate meaning you need to be very good at ida function hacking.
