I know alot of people wants hacks for playtika games(who unfortunately are server-sided) but look at this guy:
My question is: Is this still possible,even if this clip was released 4 years ago? They solved this bug?

No it is possibly not possible to mod this and that video was 4-5 years old and game developers have improved their securities a lot in that time. you can create a game request and a modder might be able to look into it.
