Last Day On Earth Cheaters Hat

Ok so right now is the christmas event for LODE and i went to the christmas guy. He asked me if i been bad or good and i said good and he gave me a cheaters hat that i cant take off. 

I seen some youtube videos using game guardian to take off the hat but they are in different languages or did very little explanation. I was wondering if anyone has a way or knows a great game guardian guide to remove this hat because i dont want to restart my entire account please and thank you!
