"Hey, Lisa wait up!" Shouting and running in the seashore.
"You're always too slow Mark, the fishes won't wait for us ya' know!" Lisa looks back to Mark while keeping a jugging motion.

Hi there my name is Mark and welcome to my world.

"I won't wait for you the next time you overslept!" Lisa said with a pout on her face.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to- Oh hey! I had a weird dream last night, wanna hear it?" Mark's sorry-face turned to excitement.
"Is it about food?" Lisa replied with very little interest.
"Ye- Wait how'd ya..."
Lisa replied before Mark can finish his sentence.
"All of your dreams are always about food! So what kind of fish is it this time?" She said while showing no interest.
"A color red fish! A weird stupid-ugly red-fish!" He giggles while remembering what the fish looked like.

My world is full of beautiful and delicious marine life but of course, there are also some that are scary and dangerous.
My world have a 70% water surface, "food" is always in the form of fish or vegetable.

Time passed by, Mark and Lisa caught a lot of fishes and are about to head home.
"Hey what's that?" Lisa asked.
"Where? HEY! That's the food in my dream last night!" Mark's eyes widened.
"Don't you mean "fish", anyways let's go catch it; I never seen a fish like that before."

Lisa tossed the net but missed completely; The red fish continue to stare at them.
Mark uses a fishing rod while Lisa jumps down the boat to get the net back.
Lisa gets back with the net; Both Mark and the fish is in a heated staring contest.
Lisa then swam closer to catch the fish.

"What the heck were you doing?" Lisa asked in anger.
Mark didn't say anything, but he lowered his head and pout a little.
"Whatever! Let's just go home." Lisa added.

Haha! Apparently fishes don't blink.

Mark and Lisa finally reached the seashore, but the red fish they caught escaped the net and instead swam along the side of the boat.
"But why did this fish came with us?" Lisa asked.
"Does it matter? It's food! Wait right here and keep watch, I'll get a container it can swim into." Mark replied.

Yay~!Food!

Mark got back with a fishbowl.
"Lisa! Where's the food!" Mark asked as he noticed the fish is missing.
"It's right here- What?! Where'd it go?" Lisa replied with confusion.
*Splash*
Both heard the splashing noise, that came from the fishbowl; The fish jumped high and landed in the fishbowl.

Lisa and Mark continue their way back to the village.
They arrived at Pace Village. The village was named Pace because it's only a small walk away from the shoreline.

The village chief; also Lisa's father was waiting for her return.
"Hey, Chief! Look! Look! We caught this-" Mark stopped and stares at the fish.
"Karp! Karp! Karp! Magikarp!" The fish jump out the fishbowl and started splashing on the ground.
"I never saw a fish like that before and it can somewhat talk." The Chief said in shock and disbelief.
"Hey get back inside!" Mark yelled.
The fish jumped back in the fishbowl.
"Mark tomorrow bring that fish to the town's trader. Lisa go with him."The Village Cheif said.

The night passed by and it's a brand new day.

"WAKE UP!" Mark's mother yelled.
"I'm awake! I was just enhancing the flavor of the fish by closing my eyes." Mark sprang up out of his bed.
"You're obviously was dreaming about food again. Hurry up and get ready we have to go see the trader." Lisa said while shaking her head in disapproval.

Let's pick up the pace!
The trader told them to go see the researcher in the neighboring town instead.
The researchers are baffled by the fish.
"It can talk! It was the right decision to bring this specimen to us." One of the researchers said.
"What are you gonna do to it?" Mark asked with a concerned tone.
"First we will record its features..."
"...and measurements..."
"Study its diet..."
"Lastly look for mating partners."
The researchers collectively replied.

Every time Mark steps out of the lab the fish jumps onto Mark's arms.
"Interesting...This fish seems to grown attached to you."
"You just have to stay here for a while then"
"I already prepared the guest rooms."
"I'll go to Pace Village and tell the Chief."
The researchers collectively said, leaving no room to refuse.

Ending time~! (Or is it?)
Each day the researchers would introduce different kinds of fishes, but the results are all the same;
The fish, they now named Magikarp keeps on attacking any fish they introduce.

"I think it would be best to send it back to the sea." One of the researchers said in a depressed tone.
"But I don't want Magikarp to go." Mark said.
"If we release it and return it to where it belongs, then it would have a better chance of finding a mate." One other explained.

-The next day, (12:00 NN) in the fishing spot near Pace Village.-
"Ok Magikarp, you're free to go." One of the researchers said as she dumps the contents of the fishbowl.

The story continues

Out of nowhere, a Reaper fish appeared.
Reaper fish can see emotions and are attracted to love and caring emotions; It is their favorite food.
Reapers often eat kids that are sailing with their parents, because a parent's love is the tastiest.

"Oh no! Magikarp!" Mark jumped into the water and block the Reaper fish.
"MARK!!" Lisa and the researchers shout in fear and concern.

Flashback!

*Crying baby noise*
"Huss now Mark we'll play and eat when we get home." Mark's mother said in a calming tone.

*Crash* The boat shakes.
"I think we hit something!" Mark's mother said.
"No, something hit us." Mark's father said while he looks around the boat.
When he turn to look at his wife a Reaper fish was already in the air, about to bite their baby.
"Sheila! NO!" Mark's father shouts.
Mark's father jumped in the way and was sent overboard into the open sea.
"Jerry!!" Sheila shouts in concern while extending her arms to reach Jerry.
But before Jerry can reach her, two Reapers bit him, holding him in place.
*Jerry screams in agony.*
Sheila continues to reach Jerry's hand.
"Sheila listen to me; Sail away save Mark and yourself." Jerry said with tears running down his face.
"No! No! Let's go home together!" Sheila replied.
Mark's crying intensifies.
"Please, Sheila! I love...take care of..." The Reapers dragged Jerry underwater before he could finish his sentence.
"NO!" Sheila shouts while looking at the water.

The blue sea turned red.

First fight scene.
-In the fishing spot near Pace Village.-

Mark jumped to shield Magikarp from a Reaper fish.
Pass out and sinking.

Magikarp dives to rescue Mark, racing against the hungry Reaper fish.
Lisa and the researchers armed themselves with tranquilizer darts and bowguns.

After a moment of silence, the water explodes; A big blue sea serpent-like creature suddenly surfaced from the water.
*ROAR*
The boat shakes.
"WHA..! What is that!?" One of the researchers asked while taking cover in fear.
"That thing and the Reaper fish seem to be fighting. Let's look for Mark while those two are distracted!" Lisa suggested.
Three researchers dive in search of Mark; While the rest wait and distance themselves from the fighting.

The Reaper fish and the sea serpent tackle and bite each other, creating strong waves.
The fight did not last long, the difference in power is obvious.
The sea serpent won and let out a roar. *ROAR!*

Meanwhile, the three researchers surface and joined the others in the boat.
"Where's Mark?" Lisa asked.
"Sorry..."/ "We couldn't find him." The researchers collectively said.
Lisa started crying.
"IT'S COMING THIS WAY!" One other researcher noticed.
The sea serpent is heading their way, everybody is frozen in fear.

The blue sea serpent passed the boat and is heading to the shore.
"MARK! That's Mark on it's back". Lisa said.

Lisa and researchers followed the sea serpent while keeping a safe distance.
The sea serpent is waiting on them with a concerned look.
One of the researchers rushed to perform CPR.
"Could it be? Is that you Magikarp?" Lisa asked.
"Gyarados!" The sea serpent cried out.
"Fascinating! It can somewhat talk similarly to Magikarp." One of the researchers said.
"Guys Mark is no longer in any danger." The reachers that preformed CPR said, giving a thumbs-up.
"He's still unconscious."
"Let's not wake him, he needs to rest."
"We should take him home."
"We all need a break."
The researchers collectively said.
"But what about Magi...?" Lisa looks at the sea serpent.
*ROAR* "Gyarados!" The sea serpent let out a roar before Lisa could finish what she was about to say.

The sea serpent bites on Mark's T-shirt, carrying him;
Then started slithering on the shore, heading to the direction of Pace Village.

"AHH!!" Mark jumped out of his bed and hid under it.

Mark was passed out for a whole day when he woke Gyarados was staring at him.

"Mark! You're awake, thank the sea Goddess!" Sheila said, rushing to hug her son.
"Mark? Where are you?!" She looks around the room.
"I'm under the bed; Quick hide!" Mark whispered.
"Why?" Sheila ashed.
*Roar!*
The sea serpent they now call Gyarados- that used to be Magikarp- roared and seems to be overjoyed that Mark finally woke up.
"Yeah, I'm happy too and it's all thanks to you." Sheila said, giving Gyarados a hug.
Mark got out of hiding.
"Mom, what is that?" Mark asked.
"Magikarp here...No, I mean Gyarados here saved you from a Reaper fish." She explained.
"Magikarp!" Mark was shocked.
"I want to explain what happened but I think it's best if I get Lisa to explain it."She talks and walks at the same time.

Awkward moment with Gyarados.

A few minutes late.
"Thank the sea Goddess!" Lisa said.
Lisa explained everything that happened at the same time giving Mark an earful of lecture for his recklessness.
"Sorry I made you guys worry and Magi-, I mean Gyarados thank you for saving me." Mark said with a smile.
"Gyarados!" Gyarados roared.

Months passed.
The news of an intelligent, powerful but kind, sea creature scatter throughout the lands.
The Pace Village grew in popularity but not all ears where welcoming.
The quality and quantity of catch each week almost doubled with the help of their new guardian- Gyarados.

*Knocking on the door.*
"Just a second...!" Sheila rushed to the door.
"A blessed sea to you ma'am." A beautiful lady greets Sheila with a lovely soft voice and an angelic smile.
"Oh my what a lovely lady, I see my younger days within you. Haha." Sheila said, imagining the days of her youth.
"Thank you. Pardon my intrusion but is this where Mark lives?" It is obvious from her tone that she is in a hurry.
"You don't have to be formal with me; I'm Mark's mother, how can I help you?" Sheila continues to daydream.
"My name is Alice; I came to represent the Faith of the Sea Temple and invite Mark and his friends to a banquet. I prepaid a ship; ready to sail as soon as possible. " She explained.
"You came a long way; An invitation...hmm...Mark isn't home yet from fishing, maybe we should have some tea while we wait?" Sheila motion her arms giving a welcoming gesture.

By the time Mark arrived home it is already dark.
"Mom! I'm home!" Mark said.
"Welcome back, your mother is in the kitchen preparing dinner." Alice said with a smile.
Mark stood still, gazing at the refined lady in front of him. He couldn't help to compare her to Lisa and how different they are.

Lisa is always with a big smile and often loud; have short wavy black hair, brown eyes, golden brown skin, on the other hand, Alice have long silky blonde hair, blue eyes, pale skin, soft voice and is refined; very lady-like.

"Let me introduce myself, my name is Alice. I'm from the Faith of the Sea Temple and I came to invite
you and your friends to a banquet." Alice walks closer to Mark, looking up and down; assessing and intrigued.

"Dinner's ready!" Sheila cuts the conversation.
They head to the dining table, prayed- gave thanks for the meal- and ate.

"So about that invitation." Mark said while trying to avoid eye contact.
"I have a ship ready to sail anytime, we could leave now." Alice said.
"Wait! Wait! It's already late, besides you said you're inviting me and my friends." Mark exclaimed.
"Yes, besides the researchers live in the neighboring town." Sheila added.
"I understand, sorry." Alice looks down. *Tut*
"I'll prepare the guest room. I don't think I can let you and Mark share the same room, he is a growing boy you know" Sheila said with a playful tone.

Mark and Alice looked at each other; Mark is blushing.

"I thank you for your hospitality, but you don't have to; My ship has plenty of rooms." She politely refused.

The next day.

"A blessed morning to you Mark." Alice said.
"You overslept again!" Lisa said.
"Sorry and good morning, I see you two already meet." Mark said.
"Finding the village chief's house is easier, so I went there first." Alice explained.
"Come on! Get ready, we have to go see the researchers." Lisa said.

Alice, Lisa, and Mark arrived at Pearl Village.

"A banquet?"
"I'm sorry but our experiments..."
"And somebody needs to take care of the living test subjects too."
The researchers collectively said, refusing the invitation.
"The Faith of the Sea Temple would be more than welcome to send some people to guard the place and care for your test subjects, we would also compensate for the time you spend." Alice insisted.
"A paid vacation?!" Lisa said in shock.
"That won't do, at least two or three of us need to stay behind to make sure that all the test subjects and experiments remain in order." One researcher said while the other researchers nod in agreement.

In the end, 3 of the 5 researchers stayed.
Alice, Mark, Lisa, Sheila, and two researchers board the ship.
"Wow! This ship is huge!" Mark said.
"Haha. She is truly beautiful." A man said, loud and proud.
Everyone turned to look at him.
"I'm the captain, the name's Nilo and her name is S.S Sea Maiden." Nilo said, gazing at his ship.
"Nice to meet you."
"We are under your care." The researchers collectively said.
"Hi, my name is Lisa, that's Mark, the two in lab coats are Henry and Jenny." Lisa said in a polite manner.

Everybody exchange greetings and finish their introductions and got escorted by a ship's crew member to their rooms.

After exploring the ship it's clear that the only passengers are the ship's crew, Alice, Mark, Lisa, and the two researchers: Henry and Jenny; While Gyarados swims alongside the ship, underwater to prevent scaring the ship's crew.

Dinner time!
"Hey! Where have you been?!" Lisa asked.
"I was looking around the ship; Did you know that they have an arcade room, massage parlor, and a gym!?" Mark said, filled with excitement.
"Yeah, we know; Captain Nilo gave us a tour." Lisa explained with a sarcastic tone.
*Giggling* "You two seems rather close." Alice said.
"Those two have been together before I and the other researchers meet them." Jenny said.
"What! What do you mean together? Mark is too easy-going; Somebody needs to look after him." Lisa denies while panicking and blushing.
"Hey come on, that's not true." Mark said.

They finished their dinner and had small conversations.
Now everybody is heading to their rooms.

"Can you two come with me?" Jenny asked Lisa and Mark.
"Sure." "OK." Lisa and Mark agreed.
They enter Henry's room.
"I'll get to the point; I don't think we should trust Alice." Henry said.
"What?! Why not?!" Mark asked.
"Calm down". Jenny said.
"Don't you find it's suspicious, out of nowhere they invite us?" Lisa asked.
"And Alice even offered to make this a paid vacation." Henry added.
"So? Alice and the Faith of the Sea Temple are nice; What's wrong with that?" Mark exclaimed.
"Is Alice really from the Temple?" Lisa asked.
"Of course she is!" Mark said.
"Prove it." Lisa said.

Later that night.

Mark is wide awake lying down on his bed; What the others have said still lingers in his head.

"Of course Alice is from the Temple; Why would she lie anyways?" Mark said, trying to convince himself.

The next morning.

"A blessed morning to us all." Alice greets everyone with a smile.
Everybody smiles back and greets Alice with a nod.
"Hey, Alice...What is it like? The Temple, I mean." Mark asked hesitantly.
Lisa elbowed Mark to the side.
"The Temple is great; Full of nice people, old books and it feels like an extended family." Alice answered.
"If you don't mind me asking; How long have you been in the Temple?" Henry asked.
"I don't mind at all; Let's discuss it during breakfast." Alice replied.

They head to the ship's dining area, have their meat and continue their conversation.
"Do you mind if we ask more questions about the Temple?" Jenny asked.
"I don't mind; We are heading there, it's only natural to have some questions." Alice replied with a smile.
"Let me answer Henry's question first; I was raised in an orphanage, at the age of five I decided to join the Faith of the Sea Temple; To serve and help people." Alice said.
Silence fills the room.
"I guess you also want to know what the Temple looks like; It's big and always filled with people,
the actual structure itself is old and nothing special if you ask me. It's the people that make it special."
Alice continues.

*BANG* A loud explosion breaks their conversation.
Meanwhile at the helm of the ship.

"The engine is down captain!" A crew member said.
"What's going on?" Captain Nilo asked.
"Pirates! Pirates!" A crew member came rushing.
"Captain the back of the ship is on fire!" Another crew member said.

Everybody is calm and waiting for the captain's orders.

"Everybody listen up! Hide the passengers and put out the fire in the engine room! I'll face the pirates and convince them that we don't have any variables on board; If there's no money here, then they will leave." Captain Nilo said.

The sound of panic and chaos can be heard outside the helm of the ship; People screaming, the sound of bowguns firing and a loud roar.

Captain Nilo steps outside the helm only to find passed out pirates and some overboard asking for help.

"What just happened?" Captain Nilo asked.
"A blessed day to you captain." Alice said.
"It's okay, we already took care of those pirates!" Lisa said with a grin.
"But what about those that feel overboard?" Mark asked with genuine concern.
The captain is silent and having a hard time grasping the situation; A crew member approach and whispers: "They didn't fell; They jumped out!"
"WHAT JUST HAPPENED?!" Captain shouts then took a few deep breaths trying to calm himself.

A moment of silence filled the ship; All eyes at the captain.

"As the employer, I think it's best if I explain; Can I invite you to my room, please?" Alice said.
"I would love to hear it; Everybody would love to." Captain Nilo said, looking at his crew.
"Very well then." Alice nods.
"It could wait; We should get all those pirates and tie them up." He looks at his crew. "Damage report?" He adds.
"The fire is out, we lost one engine and it will take some time to get it running again." A crew member answered.
"What?! Does that mean we're stranded in the middle of the ocean?!" Mark asked in a panic.
"Relax, S.S Sea Maden has two engines; Captain Nilo told us when giving a tour around the ship." Henry said.

A few hours passed; Everybody (except those guarding the pirates) is gathered at the dining area, waiting for an explanation.
Alice explained honestly with an apologetic tone. Some were skeptical until Gyarados showed itself.

"What now?" Alice asked.
Everybody looks at the captain.
"A deal is a deal. You didn't breach the contract, so I guess it's fine." Captain Nilo said with a smile.
"Thank you." Alice smiled back.

Mark and his friends finally arrived at Greywood island.

A volcano is at the center of the island, the port is located south, the market place at the west, residential area at east, the Faith of the Sea Temple at the north along with an orphanage and a hospital.

Everybody looks excited; Mark's friends no longer suspect Alice.
"We'll take these pirates to the authorities. I guess this is goodbye."Captain Nilo said.
"Thank you." Alice said while everybody waves the captain goodbye.

"Welcome back Alice!" A group of kids shouts filled with joy.
They swarm Alice with hugs and asked her questions about her journey.
"A blessed day to you all; I'm Sister Joanna." She greets Mark and his friends.
"A blessed day to you as well." Mark and his friends replied almost instinctively.

Alice say those words each day, it's almost impossible not to reply in unison. Haha
"Sister Joanna we should get going." Alice said.

The wagon is cram full of people.
"I'm so sorry." Sister Joanna said to mark and his friends.
"NO! It's our fault, we're sorry! Please don't be mad at sister Joanna." One of the kids said while the others look at Mark and his friends with sad apologetic eyes.
"It's fine, it's fine really, no need to apologize." Jenny said.
"The more the merrier." Lisa said.

They arrive at the Temple.
"Thank you for coming and welcome to the Faith of the Sea Temple; I'm Father Simon." He said.
"A blessed day- I mean thank you for inviting us." Mark said.
"We already prepared the guest rooms and we'll be having dinner soon." Father Simon said.
"I'll show you the way to your rooms." Alice said.
Sister Joanna and the kids head back to the orphanage.
"Hey wait, where are they going?" Henry asked.
"Oh, the kids are heading back to the orphanage." Father Simon answered.
"But aren't we having a banquet? They should join us." Jenny said.
"I'm sorry, will have the banquet tomorrow evening. I hope you don't mind." Father Simon said.
"I guess that fine, but I would like to spend more time with them." Mark said.
"Thank you for your kindness. I'll tell Sister Joanna to bring them to the banquet." Father Simon said.

The next morning.

"A blessed day everyone." Alice said.
"A blessed day to you as well." Mark and his friends replied.
"Thank you for inviting the kids. As a way of thanks, I would like to show you guys around the island." Sister Joanna said.

They spent the day looking at stores, trying new food, and played with the kids at the orphanage. The night approaches, it's time to prepare for the banquet.

The banquet.
Mark and his friends eat, talk to the kids from the orphanage and tell stories. Everything is going nicely.

"I'm sorry if I'm being rude but I'm sure we didn't get invited simply to eat and have fun." Henry said.
"Ah yes, sadly that is true." Father Simon said.
The room that was full of laughter suddenly went silent.
"I'm sorry kids, I'll be borrowing our guests." Father Simon said.
Mark and his friends follow Father Simon to a different room while Alice and Sister Joanna play with the kids.
"A few of our Sisters have been getting visions from the Sea Goddess; Warnings about a mysterious creature."
"Gyarados is nice!" Mark said.
"Calm down Mark." Lisa said.
"Gyarados saved my life; Lisa you were there! Why don't you believe me?!" Mark said.
"I believe you; Gyarados is nice; You need to calm down." Lisa said.
"Let's hear what Father Simon was going to say first," Jenny suggested.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hurt your feelings. As I was saying, we are in search of a mysterious creature; The Faith of the Sea Temple already finished our assessment on Gyarados." Father Simon said.
"Finished? How?" Henry asked.
"The team taking care of Gyarados in the port also conducted an assessment, whether Gyarados is the creature we are searching." Father Simon explained.
"How did that assessment went?" Lisa asked.

The day Mark and his friends arrived at Greywood Island.

Gyarados was forced to stay hidden to prevent mass scares and panic. Though Gyarados was sad, it knew it had to be done; Gyarados stayed at the port.

After Mark and his friends went with Sister Joanna a group of men armed with bowguns appeared.

"Hello! I'm a friend from the Faith of the Sea Temple." A man said with his arms raised up, showing that he means no harm.
"Are you sure that thing can understand us?" One of the other men asked.
Gyarados nods.
"Did it nod?" One of the men asked.

An hour passed by. Gyarados is watching the ships come and go while the guys from the Temple are watching Gyarados from a distance; bowguns in their hands.

"Hey! Boss! It's swimming away!" A man said pointing at Gyarados.
"NO! We let our guard down, it's already too far away. Grr." another guy said.
"Get in the boat, will follow it." The boss ordered.

Gyarados slowly surfaced from the water and head towards a ship that is sailing away.
At the ship, a woman can be heard crying and shouting.
"HELP! PLEASE HELP! My daughter feel overboard! Please stop the ship! PLEASE!" The woman is hysterical.
Gyarados carefully placed the kid on board, then swiftly swim away.
The woman was speechless.
"Thank you so much!" The kid shouts, waving farewell to Gyarados.

"Boss, did you see that?"
"It saved that kid."
"Don't let your guard down, remember what Father Simon said."
The men from the Temple said collectively said.

The men from the Temple and Gyarados get back to the port.

"We got a problem boss!"

"What is it?"
"The researchers the Temple hired are going to be an hour late."
"Sounds like overtime pay, what's wrong with that?"
Everybody laughed.
"Yeah, but what will we feed it?" The men from the Temple said collectively.
The laughter stopped; They are all staring at Gyarados.

Gyarados dived underwater.
"Hey! Where are you going this time?!"
"At least it doesn't want to eat us."
"Everybody move! We need to follow it!"
The men from the Temple said collectively.

A few minutes later.
"We lost it..."
"What do we do boss?"
"Let's go tell Father Simon."
The men from the Temple said collectively.
Gyarados popped out of the water with a couple of big fishes in its mouth. Gyarados dropped one fish onto the boat then ate the other.
"Well, it's feed now."
"That works."
"Guys! Look this a Silver Scale fish."
Silver Scale fishes are actually grey in color, it's scales have high demand in high-end fashion and interior design. They also live very deep; Too dangerous for sailors that are not well trained and suited with special gear.
"I'm starting to think that Father Simon got the wrong fish."
"That's the researchers' job, not ours."
"I know, but still..."
The men from the Temple said collectively.

An hour passed and the researchers the Temple hired finally arrived. It's already getting dark so they decided to set up camp by the port and the men from the Temple take turns keeping watch.

The next day.
Gyarados left early to catch some fishes.
"A blessed day everyone, time to work." The boss said.
Gyarados popped out of the water and dropped two Silver Scale fishes down.
"Thanks, I'm starting to like you." The boss said.
"Hey, I thought you were watching it!" A researcher said with a displeased tone.
"Relax it always comes back anyways." The boss said while removing the scales from the fishes.
One other man from the Temple starts preparing to cook.
"Hey add this to the other scales from yesterday." The boss said.
"We are going to be rich if this goes on."
"Yeah, we can afford a good ship with this many scales."
"Forget a ship, let's talk retirement."
The men from the Temple said collectively while they laugh and daydream.
The hired researchers ignore them and prepare their equipment for the examinations they are going to conduct to Gyarados.

Now back to Father Simon, the night of the banquet.

"The team taking care of Gyarados in the port also conducted an assessment, whether Gyarados is the creature we are searching." Father Simon explained.
"How did that assessment went?" Lisa asked.
"It is clear that Gyarados is a very kind creature." Father Simon said.
The tension in the air disappeared.
"Yes! See I told you Gyarados is nice." Mark said.
"There is still a problem." Henry said.
"What do you mean? Gyarados is nice, we're off the hook, right?" Lisa asked.
"Ah yes, we still don't know where or what is the mysterious creature the Goddess warned us about." Father Simon said.
"Father! Father! Come outside quickly!" The kids from the orphanage yelled in panic.

Some of the kids are crying.
"What's going on? Where's Alice and Sister Joanna?" Father Simon asked in concern.
"They started glowing and acted strangely; They went outside." One of the kids answered.
"Glowing?" Jenny asked, confused.
"Yes! They were talking about a lost child, that needs to return home." The kid replied.
"I see, It makes sense now." Henry said.
"What do you mean?" Father Simon asked.
"We don't have time to stand and talk here, we got to save Alice and Sister Joanna!" Mark said.
"You're right, I'll explain on the way." Henry said.
"But we don't know where they went."Lisa said.
"Father please stay with the kids; Kids I promise to return with Alice and Sister Joanna." Henry said.
"Okay, I understand. The wagon is at the back of the temple; Please return safely." Father Simon said.
"Thank you; We will." Henry said.
Henry and the others rushed to the wagon and left without hesitation.
"But where are we going?" Lisa asked.
"The port." Henry and Jenny answered.
"Why?" Mark asked.
"Do you remember the day you and Lisa brought Magikarp to us in Pearl Village?" Jenny asked Mark.
"We never saw anything like Magikarp before and we could not get a possible mating partner for it." Henry added.
"We remember, what about it?" Mark and Lisa look at each other and answered together.
"The kid earlier said that Alice and Sister Joanna mention a lost child that needs to return home." Henry said.
"Gyarados is not from our world." Jenny added.

The obvious plot.

Meanwhile.
"Fathe! Father! Father Simon!" A man riding a horse shouts from outside the Temple.
Father Simon went outside.
"The sea! Fishes attacking!" The man shouts.
It's one f those hired researchers.
"Gyarados is attacking!? Your report to me earlier said it's friendly!" Father Simon said.
"NO! It's the fishes; There attacking it!" The researcher said.
"Calm down, I can't understand what your saying." Father Simon said.
They went inside and Father Simon served some tea.
"The sea is attacking Gyarados. Glowing fishes, most are not native to the island and even the once that only survive specific climates or deeps gathered at the port." The researcher explained.
"What about the other researchers and the people of the island?" Father Simon asked.
"They are at the port collecting data while the men you sent to aid us; They are evacuating the people to the other side of the island." The researcher explained.
"What is going on? May the Sea Goddess save us." Father Simon started praying.

Mark and his friend are almost at the port. They hear a lot of noise coming from the port, but one sound stood out the most; Gyarados roar, a very familiar sound.
"What's all that noise?" Lisa asked.
"I can hear Gyarados." Mark said.
"Is Gyarados fighting something?" Lisa asked.

A minute later they see glowing fishes get sent flying.
*Roar* Gyarados is fighting fishes too many to count.
"GYARADOS!!" Mark shouts.
Sister Joanna and Alice are standing in the middle of the road, blocking their way.
"Halt!" Alice and Sister Joanna said.
The wagon glows and stops, levitating inches from the ground.
Mark and his friends jump out of the wagon.
"Sister Joanna! Alice! Please let us through." Mark said.
"The kids are so worried, please let's go back to the Temple." Lisa said.
"The lost child, I have to send it home." Sister Joanna and Alice said.
"I? What do you mean? Who are you? What have you done to our friends?" Henry asked.

"My children call me Sea Goddess." Alice and Sister Joanna said.
Everybody was shocked.
"What do you want? What are you going to do to Gyarados!? Gyarados is nice! Please stop!" Mark asked, tears flowing down his face.
"It is true that the child is kind and treasured by many." Alice and Sister Joanna said.
"Then why!? If you know Gyarados is nice, why are the glowing fishes attacking Gyarados!? " Mark ask.
"I need to weaken it, I will send it home once it can no longer fight back; I don't want to endanger these bodies; my children." Alice and Sister Joanna said.
"Please let us through, we'll talk to Gyarados. Please stop the fishes." Lisa gets on her knees.
"Please." Mark, Herny, and Jenny also kneeled.
"Very well. Convince Gyarados to stop resisting, so I can return it home." Alice and Sister Joanna said.
Mark and his friends rushed towards Gyarados while the glowing fishes keep their distance. Surprisingly Gyarados is not injured.
Gyarados is concerned that the glowing fishes would attack, Gyarados keep its guard up.
Mark and his friends explain the situation to Gyarados, Alice and Sister Joanna joins them.
"Look! Gyarados isn't going any harm! Please let Gyarados stay with us!" Mark said.
"That child does not belong here, its mere presence disrupts the balance of the sea; Look around us, Gyarados faced countless fishes altogether and yet remain unharmed." Alice and Sister Joanna explained.
"Mark, it's time to say goodbye." Henry said.
"Sea Goddess! Send me with Gyarados! I'm not super strong or smart; I'm not special, I can't disrupt the balance of an entire world with my existence. Please, Sea Goddess!" Mark said.
"Mark are you crazy!? What about your mother and us; your friends!" Jenny said.
"Your such an idiot! Sea Goddess, send me with them too; Somebody needs to take care of this idiot." Lisa said.
"Lisa not you too!" Jenny said.
"They already made up their mind, there is nothing we can say to stop them now." Henry said.

The Sea Goddess sent Gyarados, Mark, and Lisa to a world where Gyarados belongs to; A world full of strange creatures called Pokémons.

Lisa and I tried our best to be pokémon trainers. We don't like seeing our friends get hurt but that is the norm here, and we can't change that or else the Sea Goddess would take us back.

A few months passed, we befriended a red Gyarados, it joined our team and our family; After it laid an egg, we knew; We don't want to be trainers, we want to take care of pokémons. We continue as pokémon trainers and saved up money to open a daycare for pokémons, it took us a year.

Eventually, we got married.
