My play store can't download apps with obbs

The heading says most of it. It shows the download time when it finishes the download gets cancelled and it says error code 0

Just go to ur settings-apps-google playstore and activate all permissions. ^

only thing else I can think is to reset your phone. Sorry to say bcuz that should have done it if you've already uninstalled the playstore updates and reinstalled it.
(did you uninstall the gplay updates)?

That's it right there UN-Mount and then remount your SD card
