Looks like In-App Purchases aren't handled by Google Play (as usual), but they instead ask for real credit card purchases which, being unlinked with Google Play Services, can't make us provide any IAP hacks.
I'll make further experiments, but I'm quite sure, being IAP packages in this game shown only if you're connected to internet, you can't hack them as they look to be stored on their servers.

I can only hack gold (in-game currency, not the coins used to unlock maps). Editing coins doesn't work, because the server knows it's a modified value and doesn't let you buy anything.

I think this is one of the higher mod bounties on the site. And with a popular game, it makes sense.
