It's not that advanced, but effectively some tech knowledge is required.

You need the apk file of this game, open it using WinRar or any zip viewer and open the "lib" folder. If the lib has a folder called "armeabi-v7a" it's good

I've managed to mod coins and hearts. Other things seems to be server sided which means it cant be modded.
