Hello! You can mod this game by yourself using Lucky Patcher
Just install Lucky Patcher here from Sbenny: Lucky Patcher

Do I need to root my phone? No Root needed.
What does this do? Get gems for free.

How to Patch using LuckyPatcher:

1) Open Lucky Patcher and select "Forbidden Love".
2) Select "APP rebuilt for InApp and LVL Emulation".
3) Press "Rebuild the App".
4) Wait for it to finish patching. Do NOT close Lucky Patcher while waiting.
5) When it's done, it will say N1 and N2 success, do not mind N3 and N4. Press "Go to file".
6) Select "Uninstall and Install".

And voila! You can now "buy" your gems for free. Every time you press to buy gems, you will get a message from LuckyPatcher that says "Do you want to get this for free?" press "Yes" and you will automatically get your gems.

For proof, here is my screenshot of my own version with 300+ gems.
