What are the mod features you ask for? Unlimited resources, really and vip for the mod,since it grants additional features in the game. And although I have never seen an account get banned, I'm sure they watch out for things like this. ( PS:Since it's very hard to hack online games, if someone manged to get anything close, that'll be absolutely fine.)
