This app can be semi patched with Lucky Patcher .
When patched Via LP, you will have to "buy" the premium version each time you exit and re-enter, but it does unlock all premium features for as long as you are in the app. And it allows you to save when you are done.

If you want a patched copy, let me know and I'll upload it. It's not perfect, but it works for now.
