I wanted to upload my first APK here ('fail hard', don't know if it's already here or not), I have already registered to sbupload, just tell me what to do next

Next step us to upload the file to SBUpload.

You did not mention it in this thread
If it's a paid app, you won't be contacted. We will test it and approve if everything is in order.
Same goes for games that aren't available on playstore anymore.

And you should ALWAYS use the forum search to make sure it's not available yet before releasing content.
