Need help with a VIP purchase

I unlocked a vip game a few months ago but still haven’t received the account. I wanted to know if I can get my sub cash back or get the account. I have tried multiple times the contact the publisher but haven’t got a response. The game was episodes choose your story by cordeliacross. This is my last attempt to get the account because I am out of option. I spent around 30k an cash hope that does not go in vain.
