Neji VS Rock lee

We all know that both of these guys are taijutsu expert... But we still don't know who will be the winner if they decide to go all out... So am putting it out to you guys... Whom do you think will win if these guys decide to go all out and face off

I'll go with Rock Lee on this one, i mean, Neji himself were strong (RIP by the way, you'll be missed) but Lee were always more Persistent? Not to mention, Neji main technique? Jyuken or something, work by closing the chakra point of someone (and wow, i totally sounds like a weeb knowing even this...) But well, Lee's power are pure Taijutsu, no chakra use, beside i always seen Neji as more of a glass canon, i mean Naruto take him out with a single uppercut in Chunnin exam, while Lee fight on par with Gaara.
