nice system, I would be happy to have it myself :D

Personally though I think its not the right time to buy a graphics card, the 2070 is a year old already, the 2070 super would be a better choice, but you would be better waiting for the 3070 to be released in 2020.

Wait for new components. And then follow a simple guideline. DO NOT BE CHEAP!,(when it comes to your MBoard, About half price of CPU). Also Intel doesn't require 3200Mhz ram, save some cash and go for 2400mhz. Choose a mid tower case with good airflow or just buy Corsair 750D Airflow. Unless your using an AIO. Then at least put 2 good quality case fans,(1 intake & 1 exhaust). K series Intel chips are made to overclock, If your not going to OC then go with a cheaper 4.6Ghz 8 Core CPU.

I have recently purchased all my parts I went with a bang for buck with some future proofing.

Amd 3600
32gb crucial 3200 ram
MSI MPG X570 GAMING PLUS mobo
5700xt red devil
R4 fractal design case
Firecuda 1tb HDD
Samsung 970 m.2 1tb ssd
And a Corsair tx-850 psu

Hope our good friend Corona doesn't slow them in transit.

Excellent setup. Normally when people say future proof they purchase something cheap,(under powered) to replace at a later date. And the MBoard is newest. Unless you need more than 6 cores I think your good. Though 3600mhz is the sweet spot.
