Pixelings is a turn-based strategy game. You can collect different pixelings to fight other pixelings, similar to pokemon. You can deploy up to 3 different pixelings and it features the youtuber pewdiepie.
Review:
I have tried and played pixelings for around 2 weeks now. This game is similar to pokemon, with a collection and turned based combat system. You can unlock epic and cool pixelings from chests, areas, or arena. Not only that it also features the youtuber pewdiepie. Even though the game is out for quite some time, it is still decently active. I find it fairly fun and its a game where u can play to kill time. The game is not very difficult to understand and its fairly simple to pick it up. The game has quite a bit of pixelings to choose from, and most of them are pretty cute. If you like pokemon or strategy games, this is something u should check out! You defiantly would not regret it!
The gameplay:
You dont actually controll the pixelings actions, it is pre determined bya bar/gague when it is full it attacks the enemy pixeling.
You also need to be constantly switch the different pixelings positions on the battlefield to prevent your squishy units from dying, this feature makes it so that it has some stratergy to it.
Pros- Good Graphics(Detailed Sprites,Animations,vibrant colours), Sound(Voice over from pewdiepie, Cute sounds characters make), Music(Cheerful and Joyous).
Cons- Matchmaking speeds(Sometimes there would be nobody to play with,when your rating is wither too high or too low), There are a lot of problems in the ranking system which may be frustrating at times(eg. 700 rated vs 1.5k rated).
In-Between - The p2w system is not really helpful since everything can be gotten from grinding for free.
But overall it is a very good game and is pretty well made.
Would you recommend this to other users? Yes of course!
