Questions about requesting

Hi all, I was wondering is there a "cooldown" for requesting new games and mods? Others sites have a 24h hour cooldown for game upload/update request, here it doesn't seem like so, but let's not risk breaking a rule...
Also, if I ask for an update, can I ask for it again after a given period of time or will it be considered as spam? (I believe my request is likely to disappear in the mass of posts in the update request thread)

There isn't a cooldown period for requesting mods, but they do cost SB Points, I hope this helps!
