I can't get this to work with proper sound.
The sbenny version just doesn't start. It will download the assets OK, but after that it just black screens. Now, I have had SOME success with other versions I have found on a Russian site. Eg v 000540 would work (and this one also has cool blur fx) But all the sound is terrible 8bit noise. Same with 000851. But wait there's more. I eventually found a fixed sound version for 000851. I thought everything was cool. The sound and music is OK, it's not all 8bit and stuff. BUT the damn engine noises are all stupid. If I stop my car I can hear phantom engine noises all the time. This is really annoying me. Does anyone else have this issue? I realise my phone is very low range, (honor 7s) BUT I used to play this on Xperia Ray... Which had 512mb ram and it was perfect on that. Is it a sound driver issue or what? 32 vs 64 bit.?? I'm not technical that's just a wild guess from reading some stuff. I'm on oreo now BTW. Heeeeeeelp. I want to play rr2 but the phantom engine sounds are horribad.
