Things I like
Fast internet and good network connection. It also easily hand held (I have something against big phones). Battery is acceptable.
Things I don't like
Ok, so internet is fast and network connection is good, but that's about it. And what good does that do me, when the memory is so small I can't even fit my most necessary apps?!... And I can't use the external SD card for almost anything, and I can't root it or otherwise delete factory apps that I'm not using. 8 GB memory and 7.5 GB already taken up by apps you can't opt out of!!...
Overall Ratings:
Verdict
Yes,if they want a cheap affordable phone but if they can afford they should look at better options. I would recommend the Samsung J5 rather than a grand prime.
