I am very pleased with this phone, originally I wasn't intending on buying this phone in particular, I first had the S10 but the screen started to fail after about 2 weeks or so. Almost half of the screen was white and I couldn't typ on it and so the Warenty let me get the Note 10 for free. My only complaint is that the didn't send the pen with it or anything else but the phone for that matter, and when I tried to contact them about the issue they kept making us jump around for phone line to phone line. We even went to the store and nothing. The phone is overall amazing thought, especially for someone into art it's very handy for school notes as well, but like all Samsungs if you send a picture or a video over SMS it looks like crap and vise versa.

You can only send good quality pictures on social media or messaging apps because of how the SMS system works, they're always so blurry.
