SD card corrupted

Hallo everyone.. i have 64 GB SD card which is corrupted and i am not able to format it, i tried with cdm command to Delete and format it but its not working.. so i decided to put it back on my phone.. Samsung j3 when i started formatting it after 20% sign my phone went on reboot on its own..later on it was completely hanged.
i have a question if anybody can help...the SD card is showing on my PC with its usage percentage... i want to recover all the data and then format it.

Recuva is a good program to restore your data from the card. and save them to your pc, then you could try and reformat the card.
