SD Card Issue :(

Hello i hope someone may help me i having very frustrating issue about my
SD Card it's disappearing i can't use any of my apps and all of my photos & music is missing and what's wierd is i can only use my Browser hope someone can help me with this problem..

if you take out your card and clean the contacts put it back in fully, let me know what the problem issue in detail if you can, i will try and help you with this issue if i can.
is it possible to remove it, put it into an SD card adapter and see the contents on a PC?

I can't access it on Pc buy a new one since maybe its corrupted but thanks for the adviced
