(Solve!)Read only internal Storage help plss!!!

Please someone can help me with my annoying problem so I'm facing right now is a read only my internal storage I can't extract files there or even save and edit data's which I find very annoying this happened when I putting my photos and music to my PC but I accidentally unplug my PC and it turn off now when I turn it on again and repeat the process I cannot access my phone storage anymore it is just blank like empty nothing inside of it I check it to make sure it is not deleted and it is not but now I cannot delete or transfer anything or edit it is always saying the folder is read only I hope someone will help mme with this problem.
