Sure Amnesia is interesting but it's actually story of the main character in dimensions of one world and beautiful love
Diabolik Lovers is story with vampires and werewoles
Kamigami no Asobi is about gods in high school

Have you tried mairimashita irumakun? the genre is comedy, school life, magic, demon. A really nice and refreshing anime that are not well known yet. The first season just ended last month i think.

You should totally watch Steins;Gate.
It's got an amazing plot, great interesting characters, and a great opening.
It's one of the greatest animes I've seen.
Other really good ones, various genres: Little Witch Academia, Evangelion, Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii, Sword Art Online, Citrus (If you like GL, you can also watch Bloom Into You).
And Naruto never gets old.
