Hey guys! Quite new here and I'm curious about others.
I live in Estonia and one of the most specific foods we got here is kama (traditional finely milled flour mixture). It's usually eaten with kefir and sugar, makes a pretty good drink!
What about you? Your weird national food?

This here is called Balot. Its basically duck egg with matured embryo inside of it and despite it looking disgusting it surprisingly tastes good and is considered a delicacy here in our country.

This duckling definitely aint turning into a beautiful swan anytime sooner.

As being a Bangali we quite a lots of unique traditional food. One of them is called "Panta-ilish" . It's just rice soaked in water for a whole night (with or without heat) and serve with a peace of fried hilsha fish , smashed potatoes , raw onion and some green chillies in the morning 😋 It's quite popular on Bangla New Year ♥

In my country one of our favorite comfort food was called ADOBO which a way of preserving food you can use meat like beef, chicken and pig or even fish the process of making this savory dish is very simple. The ingredients that you will be needed is just one gloves of garlic you can either crash it or chopped in pieces next is the onions just half of onion is enough same as garlic you can just chopped it the next ingredients was vinegar any kind of vinegar is good at making this dish specialy if you use the sugarcane vinegar at has this sweet and sour vinegary flavor that adds taste on the dish next is pepper corns crushed or not it's your decision and bayleaf it can add an aromatic smell plus it will remove certain bad taste on the meat of your choice of course you also needed a pinch of salt for taste and lastly it is optional you may add some soy sauce too add extra flavor to it. The procedures on making the dish is very simple yet convinient all you need to do is to put the choice of you meat into the pot all of course all of the ingredients and then add one cup of water to it and let it simmer up to 30-1hr or until the meat looks tender. The ADOBO is perfectly goes with rice also you can make an adobo sandwich you also add it to any vegestable dishes you want thats all thank you for reading.
