The SB Points is implemented to make sure that members could not abuse the download links.
A bad person would only need less than 1 hour to steal most (if not all) the mods in the forums.

Besides contests and such things, logins and a few likes make a world of difference. Not all people are inclined to initiate conversations so i understand if that's not your preference but please consider it lots of friendly people here!
