A text adventure game which the author says is inspired by Japanese art and haiku. A captivating experience which boggles the mind even after completing the game for days to come.

Review:
Being new to text adventure games, starting this game was a challenge to me as there was minimal graphical interface. All commands must be typed in (in the correct format), and there are no hyperlinks (as with similiar text adventure games). All objects are scenery objects and one must be prepared to put in a lot of patience and observation into examining locations and objects residing in them. But living to the complexity and difficulty of the game is the experience of figuring out what the clues point to and solving puzzles by yourself. Of course, there will be occasional puzzles and parts of the game which will seem unsolvable, and which will make us bang our heads against the wall, but the author of the game is still very current in visiting the website (even after 7 years of creating the game) and in giving a helpful nudge in the right direction when one is needed. The game is astoundingly well written and the amount of detail given using very little wording is astonishing. It immediately takes you in and you see the world through characters eyes living through and experiencing the zen garden environment and intermingling with zen garden residents, be it inanimate (objects) and animate (animals and humans). Like reading a great book, or watching a great movie, playing this game gives the feeling of experiencing a piece of art which fires up the imagination, rekindles the fire in the spirit and warms the soul. A must live through experience.

Would you recommend this to other users? I would highly recommend playing this game if you are into text adventure and interactive fiction games. The game is quite difficult and it takes a lot of patience and nerve to finish it, but the experience is beyond gratifying and well worth the effort.
