Another game from the Choice of Games company. It is totally based on your imagination and has about 700,000 words. Filled with variations and choices as well as ramifications, Wayhaven Book 2 continues the saga of Wayhaven Chronicles.
Bringing back the same characters from book one, the detective (main character) will have to deal with their first mission as a fixed member of the Unit Bravo.
Review:
It is important to mention that you must have played the first game in order to fully understand the story, however, you also have the option to read a summary of the main events and make a detective from scratch.
It must be understood that when reading the summary of the story you miss some important minor details, so use this method with caution as you may not see all the details that someone who actually read the whole book would see.
So let's analyze the positives of this wonderful work of interaction through choices in the game.
To begin with, we must explain that the first positive point is the fact that we do not necessarily have to read all the books to understand the story.
Despite losing certain details, it is a very useful tool.
In addition, the Wayhaven universe is rich in diversity of characters and supernatural species.
One should not forget the wonderful characterization options scattered throughout the game. You can decide not only your appearance but also your personality! Best of all, this has real consequences for history!
I can say with total certainty that it is one of the games most focused on personalities and their characteristics in relation to their interactions with the other characters I have seen around.
The depth of the characters does not lose in any way, each of them has a way of being and their quirks! Everyone can be kind in their own way.
In relation to the story itself, it does not look for amazing twists and unbelievable surprises, however, the creativity and the great construction of the universe make history create life and develop naturally, leaving us extremely interested.
The new characters are also interesting, not to mention that difficult decision;

To save Sanja or not, that choice really touched my feelings. The characters become real people for the reader, which is an extremely important fact for stories like that.
The Carnival date was surprising. The number of variations with the same LI is frighteningly incredible.
And, to conclude the analysis, it is obvious that decisions about signing a treaty with the new species or not already hint at many of the future consequences of history.
Would you recommend this to other users? Well, in relation to the quality of the story, it is really well done and detailed. If you like charismatic romantic options, good space for friendship routes and really being able to feel that you are part of the story as a character inserted there, you will certainly enjoy the game.
There are no mistakes that affect the story directly, mainly because I can't remember any.
