Oh, I'll pick GTA easily, as long as it's the online version. Left 4 Dead 2 is also quite fun, if you have friends... But you'll generally have more playtime with GTA.

I played the Sims series almost 20 years, about half of my life..

I don't know how Tomb Raider can't be the best game, but we all have our preferences.
It's both a story, adventure and a great rpg that is super fast passed. The free world of GTA is funny sometimes tho. Hard choice, but Tomb Raider all the way.
