Hmmm. Interesring question.
I think I would. Everybody should have same rights. Don't you think so?
If woman is pregnant it doesn't mean that she is unable to do her work well.

Hiring a pregnant female will have some cons . Days off for antenatal checkups , then the delivery itself and of course maternity leave .
But if you require someone for a short duration and she is in her early stages of pregnancy then it would be nice offering her a post

Depends on the kind of work. If it's a job that requires a lot of standing up and walking, it wouldn't be suitable for neither the employer nor the pregnant employee, but if it's a "work from home" kind of job or a desk job then I would hire her. But then again, you'd have to provide maternity leave and and find a substitute during and after the delivery ...

It depends on the kind of work. I work part-time as a nurse and that would be a no-go. But I am also an Artist and I would totally continue to draw since it wouldn't be so exhausting.
