Welcome to our roundup of the top news articles of 2022. We’ll now look back at the most popular stories from the first quarter of the year with each subsequent quarter getting its own story.

More Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 powered phones started arriving in Q1: Honor Magic V was the first foldable with the new chip, while Realme GT2, iQOO 9 and 9 Pro, Oppo Find X5 Pro, Motorola Edge 30 Pro and Edge Plus 2022, Z40 Pro from nubia, Magic4 series from Honor, 10 Pro from OnePlus also joined the party.
