Summer Game Fest coming June 10th


The Summer Game Fest will return in 2021, with the event starting Thursday, June 10 at 11am PT / 2pm ET.

Geoff Keighley made the announcement on Twitter, revealing that the event will include a series of premieres along with a performance by the rock band Weezer.

The show will include games from 2K Games, Activision, Bandai Namco, Blizzard, Capcom, Devolver Digital, EA, Epic Games, Gearbox, Hi-Rez, PlayStation, Riot, Sega, Square Enix, Ubisoft, Warner Bros., and Xbox.


There will also be a special Day of the Devs indie showcase thanks to a special partnership with iam8bit.

This year’s event will be more condensed than its 2020 counterpart, which took place over the course of four months.

Here is the current schedule of events for the Summer Game Fest 2021:

  • June 10 – Kick-off live! 11am PT / 2pm ET
  • June 12 – Ubisoft Forward 12pm PT / 3pm ET
  • June 16-22 – Steam Next Fest 10am PT / 1pm ET
  • July 22 – EA Play Live TBA

Further events will be announced in the coming weeks on the official Summer Game Fest website.
