Sony may be ready to unveil the Xperia 5 V a quarter early, as evidenced by recent leaks of the device. The latter is a 3C certification of the device with the model number XQ-DQ72, revealing its 33W charging capability.
The same model number was seen on Geekbench in February, featuring a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 with 16GB of RAM.
Sony usually releases the Xperia 1 early in the year, from May to August, and then the Xperia 5 follows in September or October. We may be ready for a change this year and we can’t wait.
