Following the usual release schedule of the Redmi Note range, the Redmi Note 13 is likely to arrive in China this fall, but an interesting rumor about the high-end model has surfaced earlier than expected. The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ will reportedly have a design inspired by the Xiaomi 13, schematics leaked on the Weibo show.

Redmi Note 13 Pro+ adopts the design of Xiaomi 13 with flat sides and narrow bezels

The post is courtesy of Digital chat station but it has since been cancelled. The schematics reveal a flat-screen design, flat side bezel and camera island reminiscent of the Xiaomi 13. The biggest difference will be size, as the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ will be built around a 6.7-inch display, while the Xiaomi 13 is 6.36-inch.

The Weibo post also revealed that the phone will launch with MIUI 15 out of the box, but as is usually the case with Xiaomi updates, this does not guarantee Android 14. Also, when it hits the global market by January next year, the device may actually run on Android 14.
