Only unchecking and clicking rate us increases the diamonds and tickets. I am just happy it finally works because I gave my last 5600 for the apk. Thanks for helping and have a Merry Christmas

Is it working for you with checking the box and NOT unchecking it?

Yes I tap the one you described. I deinstalled the app and reinstalled it with LP. Now I can chose in your icon tickets for example then Un- check it in the box then tap rate us and then thetickets or diamonds increase.

The rating page on Playstore opens and Icould rate the app
