I can Run it on LDPlayer4 Running root, it is signed with APKEasyTool.

hmmmm I don't know, it may not work on some phones since it is a dead game that isn't on playstore.

You should be running the signed .apk or it will refuse to install on a non-rooted device. (which is the version I put up) (try and delete the (2) at the end before installing).
